Search sequences

Back to FMD Database access
Retrieve sequences from the Relais repository. Enter the search parameters below. Parameters are combined with a logical 'AND'. Any left blank will be treated as wildcards.

From here you can search FMDV sequences, from WRL-FMDs work and found in public databases.

The unique ID or accession for the biosequence.


The originating authority for the biosequence.


Text in the title of the biosequence.


Text in the description of the biosequence.


The ID of any sample the bioseuqence is associated with.


Select the type of sequence to search for (i.e. DNA or protein).


Search for a sequence sub-string. Use only symbols from the IUPAC alphabet.


Search for sequences with a given annotation


Return at most this many biosequences.


How the results will be displayed.
