Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. We consider Google to be a third party data processor.
Google Analytics makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides.
  2. Email links
Should you choose to contact us using an email link via the website, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us.
  3. Contact forms
If you choose to contact us using the contact form on our Contact us page the data you supply will be collated into an email and sent to us. We will only store this data temporarily on this website database and will be deleted once we have replied to you.
  4. Membership
If you choose to complete and submit our membership form and provide personally identifying information (typically your name, company name, email address and research interests), this data is stored on this site, which is hosted on a secure server, with an SSL certificate.

We always aim to maintain the reliability, accuracy, completeness and currency of personally identifying information in our databases.
